Hi! I'm LeiLani, I live in DeBary, Florida, and have been a resident of Florida for almost 20 years. Originally I am from Minnesota but I have lived in various parts of the US before landing here in the sunshine state.
I started as a graphic designer and web developer waaaay back in the late 90's and throughout the years I picked up a knack for marketing, operations, and system building for all types of businesses. I worked in the corporate world for a bit but found my groove in small to medium-sized businesses. I found that I excelled at working with entrepreneurs to create and develop their systems, operations, and teams with powerful and effective SOPs, lead generation, marketing, fulfillment automated campaigns, and extensive metric reporting.
After working with an amazing company for 8 years, I made a decision to go out on my own and started Aloha Automation in 2020.
I have a wonderful partner (Matt), 4 kids, 3 bonus kids, 2 granddaughters, and 2 doggies. My oldest son is active Army, my other son is a Navy veteran and my oldest bonus daughter is Active Navy. Family is everything and any chance I get to spend time with them I take it!
I LOVE to travel and take every chance I get. In the past year, I have been to Dubai, Cairo, and Iceland. This coming year is Italy and Puerto Rico ... so far. 
I can develop or improve your current operations and systems by reviewing what you currently have set up. We’ll talk about what is working and what is not working in your business, and how I can improve every aspect. From there I will make recommendations that will be efficient and functional.
